Supportive Hospice Care created the Nurse Call Light app for the ability of patients to leave the hospital while keeping the same security of immediate communication with their nurse 24/7. Just like the nurse call button in the hospital, our attention is at your command—even from home.
Unlike traditional nurse call lights in the hospital, the Nurse Call Light app works cord-free on any smartphone/tablet. It helps you to reach your nurse from anywhere, anytime, about any need. Whether you’re at home, visiting family, or out shopping—24 hours/day, 7 days/week, when you need it most.
Supportive Hospice Care is accredited by The Joint Commission.
Patients may also receive an Apple Series 7 or Samsung Galaxy 4 Watch for Remote Monitoring of their overall health if determined eligible by the Hospice Medical Director. The patient or caregiver should be able to operate the primary watch functions.
Patients with serious health issues need medical answers when they need them. Immediacy is our goal to improve care and comfort. Supportive Hospice Care provides an Apple Series 7 or Samsung Galaxy 4 Watch for eligible patients to wear for remote monitoring of their overall health. The Watch allows the physicians at Supportive Hospice Care to monitor supplemental health indicators such as:
· Activity Level;
· Sleep Patterns;
· Unexpected Falls;
· Body Mass Index;
· Cardiac Rhythms (EKG); and
· Oxygen Levels (Pulse Oximetry).
Use the Nurse Call Light app to text, call, or even request a private video chat with your hospice nurse. Its other features let you request medications or supplies with the tap of a finger. Nurse Call Light is compatible with all smartphones and tablets.
Everyone and anyone —but especially patients, family members, and care givers— can use Nurse Call Light to communicate care needs, at anytime from anywhere. Even other health care providers, such as specialist physicians, can access its services on behalf of their patients.
Supportive Hospice Care provides the Apple Series 7 or Samsung Galaxy 4 Watch to eligible patients on hospice service.
Eligibility is determined by the Hospice Medical Director.
